Part Of Me By Lars Kemnitz

This series was done by me in July 2016 using scanners and an old Polaroid camera. The scans have been heavily processed in both analog and digital ways and finally merged with the black-and-white Polaroid negatives. “Part of Me” draws inspiration from glitch art aesthetics and therefore provides a view on the female body that is oddly beautiful. The series explores how analog and digital means can complement each other in an intuitive creative process. “Part of Me” features actress Nathalie Bretschneider.
