Memories Written On Camera Roll

Having been called once a “prolific iPhone photographer“, David Luraschi has joined forces with Amanda Jasnowski Pascual to tell an intimate and personal story.

Residing in Paris, Luraschi has worked for the likes of L’Officiel, Martin Margiela, Dior or Jacquemus. He is also known for a series of street photographs that capture obscure observations and interactions in the ordinary surroundings. In ‘Bob Marley Live in Santa Barbara‘, he teams up with Amanda Jasnowski Pascual, a photographer whose works have been widely exhibited and published in such magazines as The New Yorker, Nylon Magazine or It’s Nice That. Together, the artist duo tell a personal story about the time they spent in Paris, Hyères, NYC and the Pocconos between March and November 2015. Far from the irony and absurd often seen in Luraschi’s works, the series is a candid documentation of the sunny moments between the two lovers.
