Moody photography by Tomoyuki Shinohara

We’ve featured Japan-based photographer Tomoyuki Shinohara previously in our Flickr Favs. His pictures reflect the craft of slow imagery making like we used to do it back in the days. Shinohara shoots exclusively on film, creating pictures that carry a calm serenity and tranquil mood. Most of his images are shot in foggy/golden sunlight that make us want to warp ourselves up in a warm blanket and go on a long walk in the cold autumn air or just sit at the window and watch the sun go down, sipping a cup of hot tea.
